We deliver high-performance training alongside integrated athlete recovery, including on-site physical therapy and massage therapy — ensuring athletes have everything they need under one roof.

IS THE BLOCK A PUBLIC GYM?

No. The Block is not a public gym. Every member works directly with a coach through a structured program. There is no open gym access — everything is guided and intentional.

WHAT MAKES THE BLOCK DIFFERENT FROM A TRADITIONAL GYM?

Yes. We provide on-site physical therapy to help recover from injuries, improve mobility, prevent future injuries, optimize performance, return-to-sport, and post-operation rehabilitation.

DO YOU OFFER MASSAGE THERAPY?

Yes. Massage therapy is available to support recovery, muscle tension relief, injury prevention, and performance optimization. Recovery is a key part of our training philosophy.
