Mike Garza is a Performance Coach with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and experience training individuals across all ages and performance levels, from general fitness clients to professional athletes. He designs evidence-based programs focused on improving strength, conditioning, movement quality, and overall performance while prioritizing long-term health and injury prevention.
